What file format is best to use?

We prefer PDF, EPS or AI but can also use high resolution JPG and PNG’s.

Can my logo/artwork be recreated if it is too low in resolution?

Yes we can redraw your logo for a small fee.

Will I see what my sign looks like before it being produced?

Yes, all jobs are emailed a proof to “sign off” before production commences.

How long does it take for my job to be ready?

This varies for each job but we like to work towards a 1-2 week window (unless otherwise told)

Do I clean my car before I get graphics installed to it?

Yes, it is best to take your car through the car wash (soap & dry only, no wax) the night before you get graphics applied to it.

How much will my sign cost?

All signage is variable and  custom, so it is best to enquire with our staff for a price on your requirements.

What is the best way to supply artwork files?

You can email us up to 10mb, otherwise a USB or file sharing websites are best. (dropbox or wetransfer.com)

Can I have my artwork designed for me?

Yes, our designers can help design your print / sign or vehicle wrap.

Can I colour match an old or existing sign/print?

Yes, if you don’t already have the PMS (Pantone Matching System) we can match samples to your preferred colour to ensure it is as close as possible.

How long does it take to install/apply graphics to my vehicle?

This varies from job to job. It depends on how much graphic coverage there is on the vechicle. You’ll be given a time frame with your quote.

Can signs be delivered?

Yes, just ask us to include delivery in the time of quoting.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to begin all jobs with the remainder payable upon completion or collection.
